CLOSED: Hawk???

Hope you guys can ID this, the bird was far, and turned out blurry. He was quite big, hanging out in the woods, with a few secluded fields around.
Could it be a Ferruginous Hawk or a Red-tailed Hawk.
This is the only good enough pic I have.
