if not for the leg color I would say Solitary Sandpiper since it has such a bold eye ring
here is a pic of one that comes to my pond every spring for a couple of weeks before heading towards Canada. Mine just left last week so is good possibility

Yep, Greater Yellowlegs
Solitary Sandpiper is more compact, shorter-necked and shorter-billed, as well as having shorter and more greenish-yellow legs
