It was a great day!!!

Today...
I spent the day in the woods and by the river. (Where else would I want to be!)
I saw more than 20 species of birds. (Some old, but some new!)
I photographed my first Tree Swallow!
I walked more than six miles. (A new record for me since my injury four years ago.)
I saw two deer, umpteen squirrels, two snakes, two lizards, and a vole. (To round out my 'wildlife' watching.)
I went to dinner still wearing my camo pants and hiking boots.
I ate steak and shrimp.
I drank a margarita!
I turned 45. (I think I like 30 better... with 15 years of experience!)

Life is good!
