Seedling help...to pinch or not to pinch

Hello All
I have many many seedlings from seeds I purchased over the winter. I am at a loss as to whether to pinch them or not, and how to pinch them if I do? I would really appreciate some advice on this.

Thx for the reply, I read that link before I just wasn't sure it applied to tropicals too.
