Kim, I have several 2nd year seedlings of what is supposed to be either "Ruby Wedding" or "Moulin Rouge" (I may have mixed up the tags), though it flowers more pink than red, so I'm not sure if the mother was properly named at the nursery. I looked at your want list and also have some seedlings started this winter of dianthus "velvet'n'lace" that are about to flower. Also have lots of other new stuff I started from seed this winter but haven't listed. My list isn't up to date.
I would love to trade for some or a few of your seedlings of aconitum hemsleyanum "red wine" and would be happy to send a lot more than you, as I've been looking for it for a long time.
