My wife goes to estate sales for a living and just purchased an old vintage couch. She left it outside at the antique shop in New Braunfels because there was no chance of rain. Well, it appears a large storm is rushing down towards New Braunfels but is about 90 miles away.
All year these storms have fizzled out. I told my wife that if it rains at the orchard tonight, I am going to buy the couch and take it out to the orchard as a good luck charm.
Nothing else has worked so I am trying anything here folks!
Sadly, I know it will be full of rats within a week.

Maybe this will work Plant your Okra and water just enough that it starts to sprout then look out works for me every year so I wind u planting about 3 times before it quits getting drowned..2-1/4" here yesterday and has rained everyday for a week now ..Only bad thing is some of the storms have been serious ,for once my plum tree had set lots of fruit but now the wind and hail have pretty well stipped it bare.Still looking for me a Jujube tree.
Well we got rain. Did you? As soon as they said "no chance' I thought it will rain for sure now. Now its crazy windy and muddy. Not sure how much I wil get planted out.
It hit the brick wall about 30 miles north.
It wouldnt have worked out because the couch sold too.
Some fool in Oklahoma must have bought that *8&*&*& couch seven nights in a row we have had storms,starting to build that boat today...
So you're the one who is getting our rain!
