Tplant I need advice plz

Auburn, AL(Zone 8a)

As you know we moved and emptied the EB's..so at the start of this year DH cleaned them out, put new MG mix the recommend amount of 10-10-10 and dolomite lime. Everything was done as years past..problem is I really think we have to much nitrogen. I'm having less blooms, more growth and more leaf curl (two plants have almost a withering leaf curl). I'm at a loss as we've done nothing different. Any ideas?

I've misplaced my camera but will try to get pictures with my phone just as soon as the sun gets high enough for lightening.

Thanks,

Saint,
My Pruden's Purple is exhibiting leaf curl. The leaves are shriveling, curling in half, then fusing themselves together. It's only certain plants doing this, which makes me believe it was something going on with the seeds.

Linda,

I know we talked about that and it's only two plants that are hard up..the others are ok..let me run outside now that the sun is up and see if I can get pictures that are clear enough for people to see what's going on..

hard to see, but the leaves are small, malformed and almost withered

these are the same two plants that had the funky color on the leaves we talked about...where the top part of the leaf that attached to the stalk was almost lime green and the rest of the growth was normal.

Sorry I missed you but I have been in a lot of pain and difficult to put my laptop on my lap but nevertheless, I have had the same situation but discovered it was natural. Your leaves are not turning yellow and the new growth should open up. Let's keep a close eye on it with more pictures as we go.
