CLOSED: Second Hawk ID

Rockport, TX(Zone 9a)

There were a pair of hawks flying over and one was very noisy. I have 2 pics. Not sure if both pics are of the same bird of the pair, but I think so. At one point, it flew low over me while camera was saving. It seemed to have bands across its tail. Bird was seen at Old River a bit east of Houston.

Both Red-shouldered: note the pale crescent near the wingtips, that's diagnostic for R-sH.
