I'm new to Brugs and have 3 waiting to go outside. I am in Virginia, what is the lowest night temp they can tolerate?
At what temp. can Brugs go out
As long as you don't get freezing weather, the Brugs won't get damaged. However, in temperatures below 45ºF, Brugs start to go dormant. If your Brugs have been growing well, they may slow down or stop growing until the nighttime temperatures rise above 45ºF. I would wait until the temperatures were at least into the 40s as long as you accept the slower growth in the lower 40s. At least they would start to acclimate to being outdoors again.
Great...so they can go out starting tomorrow. I'll bring them in if the temps dip below that.
