Dover, NJ

Hello all,

My P. nephrodes has kicked off the season with a flush of blooms over the last 2 days. I like the shape of these.

That's gotta be one of the coolest passi's I have ever seen LouisianaMark. I am a newbie and only have one vine. It's a nice lil purple bugger. I have no idea what it's name is. AND I had a wild one growing on my fence of my old apartment. It was awesome looking. It had curly things in it like yours.Since I know the landlord and NOW know you can grow them from cuttings...thanks to this site I will ask him if I can take a few. I am sure he won't mind. Also the one there made little red fruits about the size of a large gumball.

Beaumont, TX(Zone 9a)

Wow, a pink one...never seen one before. Lovely...my friend would just give anything to get her hands on one; she's into 'pink' :)

I've got a bud on my very first "Mission Delores"; grown from seed last year. Can't wait to see it....
Lost my P. coccinea; no signs of life:(

The maypop is back all over my grass...

Here's a Pennsylvania P. incarnata, just after opening. A couple of years ago, I pollinated this with Louisiana incarnata pollen, and the resulting seeds had an excellent germination rate.
