Fast, easy, delicious cheese ball recipe

~~ Cheese Ball Recipe ~~
My family loves this recipe so much and goes through it so fast, I double the recipe which makes a huge cheese ball.

Note: Mix everything together before adding the shredded cheese and cream cheese. Take cream cheese out of the frig to soften before using in recipe. The cheese ball gets even better after it sets for a day or two. ....Don't forget to buy crackers! ;)

(2) 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
(2) cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 dash cayenne (red) pepper
1 dash salt

1 package of dried beef – chop into small pieces to roll finished cheese ball around in, to coat the top and sides of the cheese ball.
