Does anyone know if Estella is now grown in the U.S? That's one cutting I'd sure like to try!

It's interesting that 2 Estellas exist.
Estella #1 is a single wildform apricot/orange colored Brug introduced by Herta Blinn
Estella #2 is a white double hybridized by Dr. Patrice Dreckmann in 2001

You might try asking JT Sessions.He posted a photo of the single Estella into his Cubits database. He may still have it. I know he said he was cutting down the number of Brugs he carried.

I wonder who Dr. Dreckmann is and why she didn't check the Brug register and namelist to see if the name had already been taken. I couldn't find a date for Herta Blinn's introduction of Estella.
