Picture Time

Auburn, AL(Zone 8a)

I wanna see pictures people! LOL we are almost done with the set up, still need to add some lattice work on the ends of the poles, put in the back row's watering system, drip line for the bed, change out the support stakes in the EB's, add wire and change out the cucumber netting.

I only dream of my garden looking that neat, araness.

lol well it took A LOT of begging, naggin and a few other words...we've recently moved and this will be the last for 15 years or so (we hope) so I put my foot down that I wanted something that didn't look like we tossed 20 EB's in the backyard and walked away. Keeping my fingers crossed we can finish it up and start back working in the house.

Araness: Beautiful setup. I still have to get few stakes replaced, lay down the straw and mulch on top of the bisqueen and then put up my mason line across the stakes. Matter of fact, I only have about 20 of 56 tomatoes planted up so far. I do have my eggplants, okra, cukes and bell peppers planted. Oh, and I still have to put together my cucumber trellis. No pics this year though, I'm afraid, as I lost my camera and won't be able to afford one for quite some time.

Thanks, Joy. Now that I'm not working, I have time to do the thing I really love -- Dig in the dirt!

The garden is coming along nicely, I watch over it like a mother hen :)
