As we prepare to treat the yard for the third time in a little over two months, what's the best medicine for the yard? (yeah, I know ... if I just got the sunlight to it, and it got hot out, they'd probably die. well waiting on hot sun isn't much under my control - even if I did thin the trees out, I can't force the sun to come out, and I don't really enjoy 100+F days.. yuk!)

Dogs are on Frontline Plus, and it was only moderately helping. Then I bought Comfortis, and pilled them both. Frontline P worked better, but I'm still not very satisfied with the results. Little Schnauzer didn't seem to get much from Revolution a few years ago. What else could I be using on them?

Cats are on Revolution, about every month. Need to up that to every two - three weeks, I suppose.

I know the obvious, vaccuum vaccuum, wash bedding over and over. What else can I be doing? I've been combing and killing two dozen plus a day off my Schnauzer - even on all that medical prevention, and only being outside for a few brief potty trips a day, she's still bringing them in.
