Hi ..
Last fall we had a BUMPER crop of apples from our trees. I cut up quite a few of them and frozen them in 4 cup lots to be baked .. well .. in the SPRING ^_^
Now I am unsure as to how to proceed. I have cooked all the pies I had pre made and frozen .. but .. this would be frozen fruit going into a freshly made crust.
Any help/suggestions appreciated :-)
