This is a good recipe for coating pork chops and chicken before baking, uncovered.
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsps. powdered boullion
3/4 cup powdered milk
Mix well, and put this in a large-holed shaker or coat wet pieces of meat in a bowl with this.
This is another WW recipe that they have long ago lost. You can't find it in any of their books anymore.
