Have: Vanilla Orchid

Summerville, SC(Zone 8a)

Very special trade. I have a super healthy, happy Vanilla Orchid, Vanilla planifolia for trade. I’ve had it for about 3 years. It’s about 5 feet tall, maybe taller as I didn’t want to stretch it out for fear of snapping it. I’d love to keep it but I really have no place for it as it is a Zone 10 plant and will tolerate no frost.

It’s half way to its blooming height. I did some checking and the going rate for this plant is about 10 dollar for 4 inches and unlike other trades I make, I expect this trade to be equitable which means I’ll probably be wanting a whole box full of plants for this one plant. Unless what I’m offered is just as dear.

Here is a wish list of plants I’m interested in. I’m very willing to consider any plant or plants preferably hardy in Zone 8. Any bulbs/rhizomes etc. MUST be mature and blooming size .. no offsets.
