CLOSED: What type of Swallows please.

I believe these are the ones that trying to build their nests under pier structures and such. I feel bad because our lake is a flood-control lake. Sometimes the bird nests get flooded out with the rising tide.

Maybe Northern Rough-winged Swallow? Pic doesn't show enough to be certain though.
