How to handle seedlings

Arlington, TX

I have some tiny seedlings that are still in the milk jugs and some that are getting large and crowded. Should I move them to bigger individual pots or put them out into beds? I have decided I do not have the patience for seeds (at least that is how I feel right now). I have some snap dragon vine and am wondering if it grows in full sun and dry soil or should I try it in richer soil with more moisture? What do some of you do with small plants?
pic is dark I know...

Hey Girl, those plants don't look that small to me, they look great!!
I usually separate mine individually into small pots to get good roots and harden off, but it is all a matter of preference and also how much you can or want to watch out for your plants if you set them out very small.

The 1st and 3rd pic are of Hibcus laevis and the one in the middle is one of the pots of crowded snap dragon vine. I moved my H. laevis last fall and I think its dead so I am glad to have a few seedlings as I really like that plant.

Don,t give up on it yet, they tend to be slow to come up.
