A cookie dough question and request

I need to know if it is possible to freeze my own raw cookie dough for future use just like the store bought rolls. My DGSs are coming for the summer and I'd like to just be able to pop them in the oven for a quick treat.

I could use a good easy recipe for peanut butter cookies that I could use for this application and also a chocolate chip. Maybe even a molasses cookie.
