I don't know about the Preen. But you can buy benie nematodes from Gardens Alive, http://www.gardensalive.com/search.asp?ss=nematode&x=11&y=13, or often from your local farm supply store. It is becoming easier to find a local source for beneficial nematodes.

ARBICO has nematoads. The one I have used in pumpkin growing to controll underground forms of chewing critters is called nema-seek. This one goes to the enemy and attacks while most others are stationary depending on the nympth to move and make contact with the nematoad. We used them in conjunction with Milky Spoar Disease and had good results when timed properly. They are best in the ground several weeks before the adult stages start showing up in your patch.
