Last year had a record breaker for me with seeds there starting to open this is for beginners to see the seeds
Time for seeds
Different people do it different ways I look at my plants almost every day so when they open I catch them. Most place stockings over the pods so they don't lose any I might miss out on a few but they will grow where they fall. Once the pod opens i break it free from the plant seeds are ready to be sown
VERY cool Dana!
hi dana - do you sell seedlings?
Ebay I have 2 sizes
under danasplants?
I had the first seed pod until someone knocked it off:(
I kept it in garage all winter and waiting for it to mature, but now it's gone.
Maybe this is a dumb question, but I'm a beginner. When purchasing seeds -- as I've seen for sale on eBay -- and a particular cultivar is mentioned, what is the chance of these seeds being true? Have these vendors self-pollinated the flower? Is this left to chance? I'm wondering if buying a particular batch of seed is going to get me what I see in the picture.
Just wondering!
Sharon
you can only get what's in the pic if you buy the actual cultivar. seeds are not true to the parent.
That's what I thought, guys. There are few growers that actually artificially pollinate then protect the flower to avoid contamination/crosspollination. Gotcha!

Buying seeds is like buying surprise. Beside we've to wait for any where b/w 3-5 years for a seedling to produce flowers. That said; I'll have some seeds to sell later on this season.
Mine are already there lol
All the best to you Dana.
