This afternoon I stopped in Lowe's to pick up one item but could not resist visiting the garden shop.
They had refill baskets made up using one of the most unusual petunias I have ever seen. It is velvet black (to my eye at least), Don't usually like very deep colors on outside plants, they look unnatural to me.
This petunia, I could not resist.
I am going to get a white one to plant in the container I make from these black and yellow ones. I was going to enhance this photo, but it showed up a royal purple when I did, so this is as shot. I like it!
