Amorphophallus- how do you overwinter them?

Hello-

I have an A. konjak, I believe a first year seedling with a small bulb. The plant is about 8 inches tall.
Living in a snow zone, how would I overwinter it? I hear it should be dry, but would this small one shrivell like small dahlias?
Any hints would be great.
