Since things are starting to turn green and warm up I thought I better pop in and see if there was any interest in a Spring RU for East Texas
East Texas Spring Round Up anyone?
I'm ready for one although I'm not to sure if DH is lol
Where's the closest RU for central TX -- Brownwood, San Angelo, Fredricksburg, etc.?
We will have one in Arlington this spring.

Yes it has been set, but it is up to Sheila to announce it, she is doing this one.

Since someone has asked.....I have posted the threads for N Central RU now. It is May 1st (Sunday at noon) like usual. We had 60 come last spring...hope some of you join in the fun!
would may 15th work for East Texas then I have AFS orientation wtih the kids the weekend of the 21st and the first weekend in June I will be going up north for a family wedding
and yes Loves lookout it's free but I'll have to let them know in advance to reserve it

ME!! ME!! Yes I want to attend and the 15th sounds perfect. Since I moved last September after 20 years at my previous home I don't have much to trade but I DO have many seedlings started and will see what I can dig up.

I've never been to the Jacksonville RU - if this is what you're referring to.
I live in Conroe. I went to the RU in College Station last year and loved it!
If they're not having another one this year, I suppose I could get stuff ready for Jacksonville.
I'm going to try real hard to make this one weather or sun.
What town is Love's lookout at?
I believe it's just to the north of Jacksonville. I'm not sure, but no one has answered Cakjun. So I thought I'd give it a try, if I'm wrong someone will correct me :0)
As far as I know the East Texas round up is the same as Jacksonville RU. I've only been twice. Once was at Love's Lookout and the other Tyler state park. Sorry for all the confusion concerning the names. Hope that help.lol

Yes, Love's Lookout is just a few miles north of Jacksonville, TX on Hwy 69 heading towards Tyler.

I'm going to try for it. May 15th is cool, but another time will probably be fine as well. I'm finally digging up the rest of the canna Thai One On. So I'll finally have something to bring! Maybe some knifophia too.....hmmmmm.......

Phyllis... just found out we have plans for the 14th... and I don't know if I can get to both since we're 2 hours away.. so Sunday might be better for me even though I'd miss church!! LOL... BUT.. I'll go with the flow, and whatever everyone decides..Thanks! Girl.. you better s l o w down!!!!!!
