A friend of mine got a bunch of chicks from TSC yesterday, they were pasted when she bought them. After cleaning and recleaning their bottoms all day it wasn't getting any better. When one of them died she called very upset and wanted to know if I had sugggestions. I told her to use the ZZ's method of dirt/grass ball. She just called and said all butts were clean & fluffy this morning and said to tell you THANK YOU!!!

On that note, the way I clean them is just hold their lil hind end under the warm running water in the sink.. Try not to get them soaked, but just the warm water will loosen anything stuck to them, AND stimulate them to poo.. which can be very important, if they haven't been able to.

I agree with you, Also ZZ's I got an email from Laurel, she thought the whole thing about you and I and her and Deb was just to funny...In her email she asked if I would build her three new stackable pens that would consist of nine seperate pens. Three pens within a pen. She sent money for materials so I will start on them at the end of the month, as she wants them at the end of April. I will also start on my own Avairy the first part of April. Just busy enough to stay out of trouble...Hay

Yep it works !!!! I'll vouch for ZZ's "remedy", too! It saved 4 of my babies last year.
