Original 1950's tuna noodle casserole

I want to make the original tuna noodle casserole w/ potato chips. I have never made this but have fond childhood memories of a dear Lutheran family that would sometimes serve this on Fridays & invite me for dinner knowing my family fasted from meat on Fridays.
There are so many versions out there but I remember it had about 5 ingredients+ potato chips on top.
