I'm not sure why I have such a problem IDing these guys, 1 and 2 same guy just a different view of the line over the eye.

This one is so tough, when the description is the lesser (smaller) of the two, unless they are right next to each other, I am at a loss.

Best character here is the all-black bill; Greater 'legs has a paler basal half of the bill (which is also stouter and longer)
