Question on verigated

Mulberry, FL

Does all variegates have striped buds I know wupperstolz does. This was a trade so no name now. I love all kinds of plants with the verigated foliage

I have seen the striping on mine although on some, it is more apparent than on others.

Dana, if it came to you as a noid, it needs to remain a noid. It hurts, but it's better than mislabeling and then passing that error on. I went through my greenhouse this winter replacing name tags. I can't tell you how many noids I have now. Noids who used to be named cultivars. Ouch!

Came as maya but I am waiting thanks for the reply

You should be able to tell sure which it is as it gets larger and you can see the leaves better, as the variegated varieties have differences. If it was tagged 'Maya' is most likely that, but you should be able to tell sure as it grows.
Buds are striped in most of the variegated brugs.
