I'm going to be digging up and thinning my Ginger bed probably this weekend. I have a Kia Yang ginger but don't have a clue as to what color it is since it hasn't bloomed. Anyone have a picture?

You should be able to find some photos online. Just search under the correct spelling, Kai Yang. I haven't grown this one in a very long time. As I recall it blooms similar to coronarium, ie nothings really different or standsout except for the fragrance. I might have some old photos stored away. The fragrance is unique.

I finally found one but it wasn't easy. I had the right spelling but transposed when typing the subject line.
But the point is moot .. I dug up all my gingers and lost the Kai Yang and some costus.
