Beautiful pictures ladies!!

They are cool weather spring bloomers, and supposedly, yes. I've never done so successfully in the past though. They sure brighten up a room though!

I have been able to keep them alive long enough to plant out in the garden. They do well in my garden and are among the first to put out a flower.....

Valentine gifts from Hubby. We already had the white amarylis. He got the roses and drinking glasses. I LOVE pretty glasses. These are very large with hearts all around the glass.

They are lovely Sally!!

I have Primrose in my yard (zone 5) also.It depends on what type they are if they are hardy.Did they have any labels, such as Pacific Giant or any numbers on the bottom of the plant stake?

What a nice hubby Sally!
Is the bunny reclining next to the hutch real?
Dunno about the primrose, but if I can keep them going til the ground thaws, I'm gonna find out!

Mine have no tags, just the nursery name (Green Circle Growers) and recommendation to keep the plants at 55-60 F. So most likely they are non-hardy hybrids. As far as I know the hardiest ones are yellow, maybe white and pink. And they need cool, moist soil which is nowhere near my place... So my only bet is to keep them potted I guess. They do remind me of something between AV and strep, don't they?

What beautiful flowers! I don't see those around here. Very cheerful.

Phoebe, not a real bunny.

Maria,
Hardy Primrose come in all colors, including bi-colored.The 55-60 is meant for indoor growing.Mine bloom early in spring, fade almost away and come back in the fall.
