Okay, I probably won't get a 100% confirmation but maybe I will.
These two photos were taken this morning in central florida. It made all the same calls (songs) that I heard on whatbird.org I "guessed" at the lark because of the white side in the second photo.
Anyone?

Looks like a Brown-headed Cowbird to me. Larks are normally out west.
We'll see.
That's pretty close, but this bird was a little smaller, and had that pretty song.
One of the reasons I mentioned it was because it was in my "Birds of Florida" book under casual visitors. So I thought I would give it a try.
Definitely Brown-headed Cowbird. Sorry!
