I`m ready for spring!!!!!!!!!!

This is what we woke up to this morning!The dog could not get off the steps to pee,dh had to shovel her a path,and the snow blower is in the garage so had to shovel to get there,we must have got 11or so inches,and with the wind blowing it drifted.Just got done shoveling the runs and putting down frsh straw for them to walk on.I AM SO READY FOR SPRING.

Can you imagine the pioneers or Indians in weather like that? How in the world did they survive? They didn't even have a weather report warning them of what was coming.

Yikes looks like here. Dh had to dig out our horses.They could hardly get out of the barn! He had to dig theu 20" of 5 foot drift to get them to their water! Im with you green im ready for winter to be over.My dogs mountian climbing right over the 4' fence.

Hey Green I got to thinking, so I had to make a return trip to your thread. That dog looks to be pretty good size? Like about 24" high. You said she could not get off of the porch to potty. I'm not sure that a dog that size with four wheel drive should need someone to shovel a path for her unless she's really just a pussy cat...LOL...Hay

She is not very tall and the snow was the puffy stuff so everytime she tried she would sink out of sight,she tried jumping like a deer but that didn`t work for her,I she she just stayed under the snow a peed.She really had to work to get turned around to get back in the house.
