Hello
Can someone ID this hummingbird? Its been at my feeders constantly since spring, and we had a "Winter Storm" last night. I'm in Galveston County, TX. The overnight low was 27, but he was back for food at daylight. Having to rotate feeders to keep food thawed; can't let him go hungry.
CLOSED: ID, please
Either Black-chinned or Ruby-throated; can't tell for certain which from this pic alone. If you can get more pics, it might be possible.

Could be Ruby throated
Many thanks, I appreciate the help.
