I was just surfing the web and found this really nice herb site. They sell herb and perennial plants--Lots. Plus they have alot of herb recipes for salves, etc. One that I liked was for Stevia Extract.
Stevia Extract
To make a liquid extract, combine 1 cup[100 proof]vodka with 3/4 cup macerated fresh stevia leaves or 1/4 cup dried stevia leaves in a jar with a lid. Shake everyday for two weeks, then strain through a coffee filter. Label and store in refridgerator.
I grew stevia last year, wished I had the recipe then. Will have to get another plant this spring.

Here's some more herb recipes found in my sunday paper:
Garlic and Herb Infused Oil
2 cups extra-virgin olive oil
8 cloves garlic, peeled and cut into matchsticks
1 cup loosely packed fresh herb leaves, washed and patted dry (basil, sage, rosemary, thyme, oregano, for instance)
In a wok or similar large pan, heat oil to hot but not smoking. Add garlic matchsticks and stir gently. When the garlic just begins to color, remove pan from heat. Immediately add fresh herbs and stir gently once or twice. Set aside until oil is cool; then pour into a sterilized jar and refrigerate. Label with the date made and keep only 3 to 6 weeks. Keep refrigerated. Makes 1/2 quart.
Rosemary Roasted Potatoes
4 large baking potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. olive oil or infused oil
2 tbsps. fresh rosemary leaves, finely snipped
Wash and dry potatoes. Cut in half and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Pat the rosemary leaves on the cut side of the potatoes. Brush the oil over bottom of a large black iron skillet (or a similar heavy pan). Lay the potatoes- cut side down- in the pan. Potatoes can be touching, but make only a single layer. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Do not turn. Potatoes should be golden brown.
