This is a good place to start asking, but this time of year I wouldnt take the chance of shipping my plants. I've always traded in spring or summer. Do you have a specific plant in mind? I know I cant wait til spring to get growing some new stuff :>)

You can also try the Group Trades, Swaps and Round Robins Forum.
I believe they have a March houseplant/tropicals trade.
