The one I have is a 'Smart Pot' brand and frankly, it's not too smart. It has High, Med, Low, and Warm but no matter what I set it on, it simmers too fast.

Does anyone here have a good crock pot that really *is* smart? When I say 'low simmer for 6 hours', I'd like it to do that.

Any and all suggestions welcome. I want to replace this one.
