Dog licked salmon skillet

I seared 2 pieces of salmon (w/ blackened seasoning) in a cast iron skilllet about 1 min each side, removed from smoking hot skillet & finished cooking in a preheated oven. I placed the smoking skillet outside on the edge of the patio to avoid smelling up the house. I forgot about the skillet when our daughters black lab showed up and licked the, now cool, skillet dry.
Worried about the raw salmon issue I called our neighbor/friend a veterinarian. Unless she ate the entrails or muscle of the salmon he said not to worry. are the muscles thru out the flesh?
