Canvasbacks?

Trying to list this birding trip in ebird and wishing I could just let it go! These must be Canvasbacks right? With a great blue in the background?

Too small to tell for sure! Might be a mixture with Greater and/or Lesser Scaup, but can't tell for certain exactly what's there

They were napping and not a bit worried that it was late afternoon and predators were everwhere!

Can't say that y'all were very helpful, but I thank you anyway! The pics are terrible. There was a high powered telescope but you had to put quarters in it. Who takes quarters with them on a nature trail? I will next time!

I'm editing to add that it's too bad we can't figure out what they are b/c there were at least 350 of them. They'd be good to put in the count.
