CLOSED: Brazoria NWR Unknown #4 - Hawk

I got two shots of this bird, but from very far away. It was right next to the road, but as soon as I stopped (as they usually do), it flew to a distant tree.

Second shot - not much additional info.

Oh boy. I've seen a million RT Hawks. I should have known. I guess the reasons I didn't think RTH are because It was fat and didn't have the spots across the breast. It was a bit below freezing out there that morning, so I guess that would explain the "puffy" look.
