Wow - kind-of embarrassed to say this, but we'd never before seen a female Baltimore Oriole - that we knew of! We always get several males in Spring and Fall at the oranges we hang out, but noticed this one last fall only at the bird-bath. Thanks!!!! We'll know what we're looking for come Spring!

Ditto to female Baltimore Oriole. Unusual to get one overwintering so far north, but it is known occasionally (usually they only winter north to NC).

There have been a couple sightings of Baltimore Orioles on the south coast of Massachusetts this winter.
