CLOSED: Can anyone identify what these might be...a very long shot..

I have a couple of terrible pictures of birds from my travels last summer, they are never going to be used for reference but I thought I'd see if anyone might be able to shed light on what I saw.

The first one was taken whilst driving through Mobile Bay on I-10. I'd expect at most someone might be able to suggest what it could have been. This is a close-up:

This second bird was photographed in a rest-stop in northern Florida, it was up in a tree and then hopped down to the ground. Again it's a terrible image but hopefully someone with more knowledge may not what it could be.

I can't make out the first photo at all but the second bird looks to be a Northern Mockingbird:

Thank you, I think you are indeed correct, I'd naively failed to think of the Mockingbird.

First one, might be a Double-crested Cormorant, but too small a pic to tell for sure.

Ditto to Northern Mockingbird on #2.
