Columnea bacterial leaf spot?

Montgomery, AL

I'm embarrassed that I'm not positive if this is bacterial leaf spots on the undersides of my columnea candelabara leaves. (I was a Pathologist before retiring). The colonies don't have the fuzzy borders that I associate with fungus. Maybe I'm wrong altogether though. Any ideas anyone? How would I treat this (besides stripping all the affected leaves off- which I suspect I might have to do)?

lOOKS familiar, but it is a holiday and my memory has the day off. :(
Could it be scale, or a fungus? One thing for sure, I'd waste no time in isolating it, and until diagnosed, I'd probably spray it with my Safer 3 in 1 fungus spray.

Thank you Lynn! It looks just like Corynespora cassilcola, a fungus that also affects tomatoes and other vegetables. I did keep it outside this summer and probably picked it up there. Your link says to use mancozeb, clorothalonil, or iprodione active ingredients. I'm going to my arsenal to look. Thanks again for the help.

Can't find those ingredients in my weapon cache, so I'm trying Spectracide (myclobutanil) first.

Something you have will probably work.Keeping it from spreading is key.
