The following recipe is from the Pillsbury Annual Recipe 2011 cookbook
1/3 cup chopped dried figs
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
2 tbls butter, melted
1 package (1.9 oz.) frozen miniature phyllo tart shells
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tbls crumbled blue cheese
1 tbls confectioners' sugar
1 tbls thawed apple juice concentrate
3 tbls finely chopped pistachios
additional pistachios, optional
In a small bowl, combine the figs, brown sugar, bacon and butter. Spoon into tart shells.
In another bowl, beat the cheeses, confectioners' sugar and apple juice concentrate until blended. Stir in chopped pistachios, dollop over tartlets. Sprinkle with additional pistachios if desired. chill until serving.
