Shrimp & Crab Gumbo Traditional recipes can anyone help?

Does anyone have a down home traditional, not creole, Crab and Shrimp Gumbo recipe. I don't care about the cost of ingredients, I've got to have it done by 1/23/11, Help !!! JIMT.
