What Do I Do? Potato Arrived Broken

One of my seed potatoes arrived broken! What should I do? Do I not worry about it? Do I go ahead and cut it and let it start curing? I don't plant them until Feb. 14th.

I don't know much about potatoes. My dad and I used to plant them when I was a child. If each piece has an "eye" it should produce potatoes.

As long as it is not "mashed" It will be ok. I don't cut and and allow them the scab over until within a few days of planting.
