Back of bedroom shade garden ideas

This is what I have thus far for my shade garden out behind the bedroom. Any other ideas to fill in the sparseness would be greatly appreciated.

Some large ferns or malanga (taro type plant) would look lush in there.

Here's a pic of what is called Malanga here in Mexico. It's the large green leafed, taro looking plant at the left. I don't know what the other variegated plant is called, I like it a lot and it can handle bright light shade but it is prone to mealy bugs and aphids.

I'd suggest some alocasia and colocasia --so-called elephant ears. There are several types which will do well in shade, some tall some smaller.

Coleus might add some interesting color.

A big bromeliad would like nice.
