Carpithian Walnut trees

I hope someone can tell me what to do with the trees, they are about 25 years old, my Dad started they, planted them in the yard and they so far have not produced any nuts. What is the problem there are two of them and we have english walnuts in the area.
All of the other types of fruit and nut trees on the property do well.
What is the answer?????????????
