Corn Casserole

Northern Piedmont, NC(Zone 7b)

A family favorite and so easy!

Corn Casserole

1 (16oz.) can whole kernel corn (undrained)
1 (16oz.) can creme style corn
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 box Jiffy brand corn bread/muffin mix
1 stick margerine or butter, melted

Preheat oven to 400°
Lightly grease a 2 qt. oven-proof casserole dish.
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake 1 hr. (uncovered)
