I have a lot of coleus cuttings and small coleus plants I would like to trade, for coleus plants/cuttings that I don't have. However, I would prefer to not have to mail them as I've never done that. If anyone lives within 20 miles of Mt. Laurel, NJ, and would like to trade, let me know and I'll give more details as to which coleus, etc.
Coleus
you in north or south Jersey?
South Jersey, near Moorestown and Cherry Hill.

Well if you are ever planning to come down this way, let me know, but I don't think I'll be coming up that way. I'll make up a table of what I have (later), but I have a lot of 'twist n twirl', gay's delight, rustic orange, freckles, harlequin, saturn, henna, red head, sedona, dappled apple, something like tabasco, alices malice, max levering, rattlesnake, and a few others.
you never know... you are not that far... and a woman bought one of my puppies I can always go visit in Cherry Hill
:)
I finally updated my coleus table. It is 99% complete. Here are the varieties that I currently have.

great collection & notes!!!... I see you are a good organizer
Well, I'm not really so great an organizer usually, but I'm getting ready for the garden club plant sale in April and I put my coleus in the plant sale so I like to have a list of the names and something about them for the web site. This table is accessible from the website which I maintain.

that's wonderful... good for you!!
Oh, I failed to mention - the proceeds from this plant sale by the garden club go towards a scholarship for a local high school senior. We sell the plants at ridiculous prices so we get a lot of people coming early. I would never sell my coleus that cheap if it wasn't for such a good cause. We sell a 4 pack for $3, but I'm going to put in some singles this year in 2 in square pots and ask $2 each for them.
wow is that open to the public?
Yes, the Mount Laurel Garden club plant sale is open to the public. We do have some people that come down from further north just for our sale. Things sell very quickly, as you might suspect, especially the coleus. We say 9-noon, but usually we are completely sold out by 11.
that's great.. might be worth a road trip
Wish I could order some to be sent to me, lol! Sounds like a wonderful way to pick up some great plants and help out a student as well!
